I have always been passionate about empowering others and all things babies and pregnancy. It’s amazing to me how God wove together a baby in its mothers womb and how He breathes life into every cell and moment shared.
Since studying Doula work I have come to also be passionate about our bodies and how we should take care and love ourselves. There is so much more to labor than just medicine and hospitals.

When I had questions emma was always willing to take the time to answer & throughout pregnancy when I outreached emma for advice, conversation or prayer when I was nervous she was always there to support me. When it was my time to give birth I knew I could rely on emma to be a confidante & listen to everything I was thinking or wanting. She took everything I said and all my concerns whether big or small seriously & did everything she could to help. She kept me calm when I would get nervous & she made me feel comfortable. She was skilled in knowing counter pressure and other pain management skills & she provided essential oils (at my request) to create a calming environment and topically to help progress labor. She always asked me how I was doing and was there to truly do anything I needed while in labor. She stayed after my baby was born and took pictures and helped document those sweet moments and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. I truly would recommend emma to anyone who is pregnant. If you are wanting someone who can help you physically while in labor and spiritually and mentally pre-labor & postpartum, emma is your girl.
