I became a doula to do one thing - mother the mother. Mothers are my first priority. I can offer families physical support in healing after childbirth, as well as emotional support by supporting families in this time by holding space for any and all emotions, helping you adjust to new parenthood. I am a safe place. I also take pride in offering informational support, community referrals, and helping families find their own personal parenting philosophy. I am not here to push my own beliefs or agenda, I am here to help you find your place of confidence as a new parent. I am an introvert myself, so I value kindness, respect, and a quiet safe presence to help you along your journey. I will listen to your fears, be a safe place for your feelings, and encourage you to find your inner confidence. New mothers deserve to be nurtured and mothered too, that is why I am here.

I believe that the postpartum period is a sacred time, your baby is not the only person who was just born. You as a mother have been re-born as well, and this period should be dedicated to rest, recovery, and rejuvenation in a transformative time. You will only have this fourth trimester with your baby once. I feel blessed to be able to help you make this time count.

Pricing packages

In Home Services

$ 25 /hr

Postpartum doula services provided in your home. Physical, emotional, informational support. Help with household responsibilities, healing after birth, processing emotions, sibling support, pet care, newborn care, and community referrals

Virtual Services

$ 15 /hr

Virtual Services are available anywhere in the USA and Canada. These sessions can include how your healing is going, helping you talk about and process your emotions in your postpartum period, and process your birth experience. We can discuss any questions regarding newborn feeding and care, as well as provide community referrals for anything that requires outside, more specialized care. These sessions are great for those who feel they might benefit from a doula, but not sure they want someone in their home.

Postpartum Planning Services

$ 60

Postpartum Planning Services are offered as either in home, or virtual. I can help you make a flexible plan of how your postpartum experience can look like. We will cover areas such as physical healing, household responsibilities, plan for baby's arrival in the home (sleeping arrangements, feeding, etc). Partners are encouraged to attend and participate so you can clearly delegate responsibilities. These sessions are a great way to make important decisions beforehand, so you can rest easy after the birth, knowing everything is taken care of.
