The Dyamond Journey

• Unlimited Doula Support from date of hire till 17 weeks Postpartum (Call, Text, Email & Video support) • 1- 1 hour Comfort Measures Class • 1-1 hour childbirth education class (in person or virtually) • 2 prenatal Visits (Meetings will be in person or virtually 1st appointment will be 26-32 weeks and 2nd appointment 33-36weeks) • 2 -1 hour Postpartum in home follow up visits within 4 weeks of birth • Active Labor to the Golden hour support (It is the client’s responsibility to inform the doula when active labor starts) • I will be on call for your birth starting at 38 weeks and contactable 24/7 once you are in labor) • Breastfeeding support/ bottle feeding support • Birth Plan

• Unlimited Doula Support from date of hire till 12 weeks Postpartum (24/7 Call, Text, Email & Video support) • 1- 1 hour Comfort Measures Class (In person) or 1-1 hour child birth education class (in person or virtually) • 1- 2-hour Prenatal Visit (weeks 33-36) • 1-2 Postpartum in home follow up within 2 weeks of birth • Active Labor to the Golden hour support (It is the client’s responsibility to inform the doula when active labor starts) • I will be on call for your birth starting at 38 weeks and contactable 24/7 once you are in labor • Breastfeeding support • Birth plan

Unlimited Doula Support from date of hire till 8 weeks Postpartum (24/7 Call, Text, Email & Video support) • I will be on call for birth starting 38 weeks and contactable 24/7 once you are in labor • 1 – 1.5-2 hour in home or virtually prenatal visit (33-36 weeks) • 1- 1.5-2 hour postpartum visit in home or virtually within 7days of birth • Active Labor to the Golden hour support (It is the client’s responsibility to inform the doula when active labor starts) • Breastfeeding support • Birth plan
