Birthwork has been a part of my education since I was in elementary school, and from a young age, I have always believed in natural lifestyle practices. Becoming a doula was my first step towards a lifelong journey of birthwork. In the past three years, I have provided individualized care for a number of my close friends and relatives. I am a full spectrum doula, which allows me to cater to your specific needs and support mothers/families in varying circumstances. I like to emphasize the interconectedness of physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic well-being. Not only do I care for my client and their baby, but everyone else in their environment as well. I am dedicated to advocating for my clients, providing evidence based information, and helping them acquire a sense of empowerment throughout their entire journey.
