I am a passionate advocate for birthing and lactating individuals, drawing from own personal experiences during the pregnancy and birth of my two children. I witnessed first hand how not having someone to hold space for you during your most sacred journey can impact your birth story for ever. I vow to be the one in the room to speak up when the space is not being honored. I hope to provide you with access to resources so you can not only make decisions, but be able to self advocate with the providers you are working with (including myself!).
