Just as no two people are the same, no two births are the same either. That’s why I am committed to helping families navigate the healthcare system and understand the process of labor and birth. I am a trained birth doula, a member of DONA International, and a Certified Lactation Counselor through the ALPP. I love learning new skills and constantly strive to further my education.
My own experiences with motherhood have taught me the importance of listening to your body and your own intuition, as well as the necessity to advocate for women’s rights - especially during childbirth.

Whether you’re a first-time birther or a seasoned mom, you need a knowledgeable support person in your corner. As your doula, I bring skills and knowledge to the birth team that no one else can offer. I want to help you feel confident and autonomous by providing you with evidence-based information as well as empathy and space-holding, so that you can make the best informed decisions for your body, your baby, and your birth.
