Practice overview
Specific support varies each day based on the needs of the family, but can include: offering assistance with breastfeeding and bottle feeding; helping to facilitate the birthing parent’s rest and recovery; providing a nonjudgmental and caring space to process your birth story and postpartum experience; infant care instruction such as swaddling, soothing techniques, developmental expectations; light housework; meal prep; and more! I also have experience with multiples and LOVE working with them! I can help you set up routines that work well with more than one baby and support you as you grow into your role as a parent of multiples. While it may feel overwhelming, I will support you every step of the way.

Brandy’s care for me as well as my daughter helped us through those difficult early weeks, when I was sleep-deprived and often felt lost and alone. Knowing that I had Brandy’s weekly visit to look forward to made life infinitely more manageable. Sometimes she helped me try new breastfeeding holds or baby carriers, sometimes she would wear the baby and do a little housecleaning while I got a glorious nap, and other times she offered a listening ear as I shared the hardships of the first days of motherhood without making me feel judged for not “enjoying every moment” with this baby I had wanted for so long. Brandy is someone any mom and baby will be grateful to have on their team! I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Brandy helped us get situated, and feel empowered as parents. She provided essential care for our girls and for us as a family. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
