Why parent alone when you can get nurtured? Our care philosophy is strictly for the whole family. Not just the baby, mom, dad, guardians, grands or others but the whole family unit. Families and the surroundings support team if an individual has one places so much focus on the pregnancy and or delivery they forget the postpartum stage is the longest event. Or they put so much attention on a vaginal birth they forget some people medically need or end up having a cesarean. As a certified full spectrum doula and owner of Nurturing BayBees I want to change that. I want to show people what real postpartum care looks like, how to properly adjust after a cesarean, how to successfully co-parent, how to advocate for better health care, how to build better partner relationships and more. Not only am I a doula, I am a mother to 3, a family coach, a doula mentor, a infant/toddler caregiver, a former teach and former nanny with over 10 years experience in the postpartum industry as well as 5 years in birthing. I have attended many trainings from newborn care, lactation, fetal demise, culture competency, health education and more. My goal is to make the best experience out of a families situation with care suitable for them.
