Birth is the most transformative experience that a family will go through, and you and your partner deserve to be well educated and informed on the way your body changes and transforms to allow your body to birth. The earlier you begin preparing birth, the better equipped you will be. Birth is intensely beautiful and sacred space for a woman to step into motherhood.

Birth Doula

My services provide 2-3 in person prenatal appointments, 24/7 on call from 37weeks onward. Continuous in person support when you go into labor. I stay with you 1-2 hours after birth until you are ready for quiet time. I also will come visit you once at home within a few days of delivery to check in and ensure everything is going well.

Allison was there for me through my whole pregnancy, emotionally and physically. Anytime I had concerns or problems she made me feel so much better. She listened and supported all my decisions and made sure I was comfortable with everything happening during delivery. She just has such a calming and assuring presence. I absolutely could not have done it without her.

Allison was an amazing doula! When I met her I felt immediately comfortable in her presence. She has such a good energy and she had an immense knowledge of everything birth related. She also was extremely knowledgeable of the local hospital Im using and answered all of my questions
