Practice overview
I am eager to educate and give so much knowledge to this massive and ever growing community. Postpartum has a lot of taboo surrounding it's name, and I want to be the one to not make it taboo, as well as I can.
As a postpartum doula I do not attend births as a doula.

February 27, 2023 at 3:00 pm | Client reviewAliza was a breath of fresh air during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery! I can’t thank her enough for how professional she was and how supportive she was with our family in every step of this journey. She checked constantly on me to make sure I was doing good and helped me loose the fear of asking questions that I thought were stupid. I had a really hard pregnancy and thanks to her knowledge I found out I had a condition that needed immediate treatment. If you’re considering in hiring Aliza as a part of your journey I will love to assure you that you will be making the best decision! Thank you Aliza for being the light in our path!

February 27, 2023 at 3:04 pm | Peer reviewI have worked alongside Aliza in the birth community supporting mamas in their homes during labor and birth. My favorite thing about attending births with Aliza is getting to see her love for postpartum care in action. The immediate postpartum time can be especially overwhelming for mamas and Aliza is always present with patience and compassion. She is ready to step in to provide exactly whatever care they need at that moment to make them feel supported. Whether it’s a collection of the right words, a gentle touch, or a helpful task I am always grateful that she is there. She is a wonderful advocate for postpartum support and any mama would be lucky to have her gifts!
