    I am a wife and mother of five wonderful children. I initially got my start in nutrition, but that quickly morphed into the care of women and mothers. My practice focuses on the whole family. I've been involved in the health and healing of the family for over 10 years now, in many different capacities. I provide coaching both physical and virtual. I provide meal prep, meal planning, juices, seamoss, labor and delivery, postpartum, and prenatal support. As well as family and sibling support.

    As a certified Holistic Nutritionist and Doula, I believe in whole body healing. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience, and as such we have to take care of our physical bodies to truly enjoy the life we are experiencing. Pregnancy and child birth is not an illness nor is it a medical condition that needs extensive medical treatment. Our bodies are designed for this.
