Practice overview
I was drawn to this work after experiencing the lack of support and compassion parents experience in our society and healthcare system through my own 3 births, one of which was a loss. New families deserve the best start possible. There is nothing more important in this world. I saw a hole that needed to be filled so I'm now here, doing my best to help where I can. https://www.earthandwaterdoula.com/

February 20, 2021 at 8:53 pm | Client reviewSavannah has been very supportive through the first two trimesters of my twin pregnancy, and has continued her thorough care as we near birth. She has been an incredible source of knowledge and information. We made the decision to forego our hopes of home birth when we found out we were pregnant with multiples. Savannah has worked to make sure we still have as natural of a birth as possible. She helped locate a provider that was willing to deliver breech instead of the typical c-section threats my previous provider was throwing at us. She has given resources and studies for my diet as I am at a higher risk of gestational diabetes and hypertension. Her schedule has been extremely accommodating and she always replies in a timely manner. Savannah has put my mind at peace many times throughout our journey together and I look forward to welcoming our babies and having her present for the fourth trimester as we adjust to our new lifestyle.

February 22, 2021 at 5:15 pm | Client reviewSavannah was a delight to work with. She answered every question and every call in a timely manner and eased all fears for me. She was so invaluable to me that I chose her over my husband as my birthing partner (during Covid protocols). She worked extremely well with my doctor and nurses and helped me have the delivery I desired. I honestly could not have handled a natural birth without her there.
