    I am a certified childbirth educator and full-spectrum doula in training. I am also a certified prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher. I believe that all people deserve respect, care, and agency during their reproductive experiences. I support all kinds of people in all kinds of situations, no matter what happened during their birth, what their family looks like, or what they truly need during their postpartum period.
    I am a mother of three children and I know that parenting is one of the most difficult challenges we can face in our lives, and beginning the journey with a caring and restful postpartum is my priority. When the birthing person is cared for and supported, it sets up the whole family for success.

    Pricing packages

    Postpartum Care Package
    $ 300
    2-one hour prenatal meetings to share knowledge and plan your postpartum experience. I will then help you to create a Postpartum Plan that can be shared with friends, family and other support people. This package also includes 12 hours of postpartum care in your home (can be broken down into smaller time blocks).
