VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT Audio, video and text communication to support clients at a distance and help with troubleshooting pre-labor as well as preparing for birth.

    Prenatal Doula
    $ 900
    My prenatal package offers a 2hr childbirth education class, 4 2hr visits to discuss expectations, concerns or to just help you with everyday duties or errands. I go over nutrition, prenatal exercise if you liked, and I help you plan any upcoming projects/events (gender reveal/baby shower). I am also here for you 24/7 if you need to talk or have questions.

    Postpartum Doula
    $ 1100
    My postpartum package includes care and support for you as the mom and the baby. I will be there for you as you start your journey as a new mother. While I know the focus is always on the baby, I believe it is important to take care of yourself first so you can bring your best as a mother. I will help support you with encouragement, meditation, information and even nutrition. I can show you how to handle colic by utilizing infant massage. I also offer lactation services. I have created a safe postpartum workout for new moms who are interested. This service is more personally designed by my clients and their specific needs but it does start at $1100 (custom add on’s not included)
