My birth doula package includes two hour long prenatal visits, labor and birth support, and two hour long postpartum visits.

My postpartum doula services are offered 1-2 days a week for the first six weeks of the postpartum period Services are charged hourly. My services include help with recovering mentally and physically, newborn soothing, coping skills, newborn education, postpartum education, as well as household chores, and meal prepping. If more days a week are needed, or client needs overnight hours we can discuss further upon signing contract.

Placenta Encapsulation is an ancient Chinese tradition. Your placenta will be made into a fine powder, and placed in capsules in a sterile environment for you to ingest postpartum. The point of placenta encapsulation is to provide nutrients back to the mother, as well as help with postpartum bleeding, milk supply, hormones, and overall mood. Additional paperwork will be required if clients want their placenta encapsulated.
