Lorena Graham is an amazing Doula. I feel like I have known her forever. At each session I kept saying I wish you were my Doula for my first pregnancy, labor, and delivery which was traumatic. Lorena heard my family and my concerns and helped us navigate a very bias medical system. Having a baby during COVID-19 was beyond difficult. However Lorena gave me holistic wellness guidance that helped me during and post pregnancy. When I went into labor I called her at 5am and she did not make me feel like a burden. She helped me thru every contraction and every tough moment. I have recommended her to my circle and extended circle. She is so knowledgeable about pregnancy, labor, delivery, l post baby life, and wellness. Lorena explained things to me in a way I understood and always provided my husband and I with readings, videos, handouts, podcasts. I learned something new at every session. Every woman should have a Doula like Lorena by their side to navigate pregnancy. My family and I could not be happier with our Doula choice. She is truly amazing. If I ever have another baby she is the only Doula I will call.
