As a new client, you will learn about the foundations of The Journey Doula; have the opportunity to openly discuss your goals; and determine if our values, working style & techniques are the best match to achieve your desired results.
3 month commitment 6 sessions - 2 per month You steer the journey, while we serve as the compass. As beings navigating this human experience, we are not meant to go through life merely existing. We are meant to create, carve out and live a life that is authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. During our initial session, we will review the components of the life wheel in order to generate a needs assessment. Our initial session will including the following, remaining sessions will dive deeper into each segment: What is a life audit? What is a life wheel? What are the segments of a life wheel? How do I assess these areas? Partial audits may be provided upon request.
