Practice overview
I'm Kendall, a mam of two littles, a Postpartum Doula, and a Certified Medical Assistant with an interest in Women's Health and Pediatrics. I started Grace & Growth Postpartum due to my deep passion for supporting new parents during the early postpartum time, and I am dedicated to providing new families with the guidance, care, and resources they need to thrive. Through my dedication and experience, I strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment where families can settle in and grow during the postpartum time. My personalized approach, rooted in empathy and evidence-based practice, ensures that each family receives the individualized care they deserve as they embark on their journey into parenthood.

If you have a question or just want to share something exciting with her she is there to talk to. She was not only just supportive of me and my newborn but my family as well, pets included. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced. She helped me do some firsts with my baby like tummy time and trimming her nails. Kendall helped me assemble different items for the baby and even helped show me how to use it and what it can do. She even gave me tips and tricks I can do with certain items. She even helped me with some light chores such as dishes and laundry which I found to be especially helpful and allowed me to have some time to myself the following days. Kendall also went above and beyond and brought my dogs for a walk to help them burn energy. It was great having her in the evening when it was just me, my newborn, and the dogs as I was still adjusting and it allowed me to be able to shower, relax and have some extra support. Kendall can help you organize things. She made me a portable basket with all of my nursing things that I can keep in the living room and move where I need it and it is a lifesaver at times when I forget something because it is always close by. I cannot say enough about her because she truly did a lot for me in just a few short days. Just having someone there to support you is amazing physically, mentally, and emotionally.

She has a calm and nurturing way when caring for patients/clients. She is compassionate and understanding. She puts patients/clients’ needs first.
Kendall is also an amazingly patient mother. I am grateful to know her as a friend and fellow mom. I would recommend Kendall to anyone searching for a Postpartum Doula.
