I am a Certified Doula (CPLD) and Student Birth Assistant (BA) who is devoted to serving and supporting families. I am a native of South Florida and happily serve the N. Miami-Dade, Broward and S. Palm Beach Counties.

I believe that everyone should have access to support and whether you choose to birth at the hospital, a birth center or at home I am ready to support you. My ultimate goal is to make sure that you feel safe, secure and supported.

I discovered the importance of empowering and educating women about their choices in childbirth through my own empowering experience giving birth and I am passionate about helping others have the most rewarding birth possible. I wholeheartedly believe in supporting families through birth and beyond.

I received my training as a Doula with Birth Arts International and Women Honoring Women and I take an integrative approach with birthing moms and their partners. I firmly believe in evidence-based education and building a supportive tribe. I am impassioned about whole body wellness and the mind/body connection, autonomy, nature, music and helping others. I am knowledgeable about breastfeeding, herbalism, hypno-birthing, Spinning Babies, baby wearing, cloth diapering and I am also a Reiki practitioner.

I am a Founding Member of The Doulas Care Collective and current Board Member serving in the capacity of Membership Coordinator.

I am CPR and NRP certified.
