    As a postpartum doula I abide by a philosophy of providing emotional, physical, and informational support to postpartum mothers and their families during the crucial and challenging period of adjustment after childbirth. I am grounded in the belief that every mother deserves to be supported and cared for as she heals, bonds with her baby, and adjusts to the changes of a new baby.
