Since I was little, birth has always captivated my entire being. I was born at home and was told the story of my birth every year as our birthday tradition. I have always had a place in my soul for birth work. It wasn’t until the pregnancy and birth of my first that it genuinely blossomed into something tangible for me. Now, I've acknowledged my purpose in this life and I attend the sacred space of birth and all that comes along with it. It's where I'm meant to be!

Birth Doula

Includes two - hour long prenatal visits, ongoing prenatal support via phone, text, email, my library of resources, on-call starting at 37 weeks gestation. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual support during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum. One postpartum visit within the first few weeks after birth; includes lactation support and babywearing education.

Jacq is an excellent doula/birth keeper for anyone seeking an out-of-hospital birth experience. She trusts birth and her deeper knowledge and understanding of the subtleties of home birth and unassisted birth make her well suited to both kinds of birth.
