    Practice overview

In 2014, with a fresh new 3 month old baby, Aaron and I picked up life as we knew it and moved clear across the country. As postpartum anxiety crippled me, I learned a lot about who I was as a woman and a mother. It wasn't until my second child was born that I realized how healthy and healing a birth experience could really be! When I had my third son, having a doula solidified my mindset and I learned just how invaluable this position was. It was then that I decided I wanted to be a support system to other women bringing their children into the world, and I pursued doula training. As an allergy Mama myself, I carry some extra knowledge of these circumstances - in addition to a lengthy personal breastfeeding journey that pushed me to learn more about the magic of milk making. I'm prepared to work with YOUR family in any capacity, with the utmost care and attention. I look forward to getting to know your family - and I know that as a team, we can achieve the birth experience that you've always dreamed of. It is an honor and privilege to be by your side as your family grows.
