I had an amazing experience with Eliza during my pregnancy, labor and postpartum. She was extremely professional and always provided great tools to improve my comfort. She did such a great job with guiding me through my labor pains that I delivered before I got to the hospital! Eliza did an amazing job of helping my husband and I achieve our goals for bringing our baby boy earthside. Thanks to her thorough approach we entered into labor feeling prepared and equipped with the tools/techniques needed to have a beautiful natural birth. She was receptive to all of our questions and if she didn’t have an answer she had a full write up (with supporting evidence) waiting for me in my inbox the next morning. Aside from her professionalism & expertise Eliza is also just an amazing person, who’s “delicate” spirit helps to maintain balance during one of the most challenging and potentially stressful experiences a woman can face- giving birth. If you are looking for someone who will advocate for you and your family Eliza is the person for the job!!
Eliza is amazing!
We had our first child in July and Eliza’s support made a huge positive impact on our experience. We met with her a few times before our birth and at each meeting she took the time to talk through the birth process, how we could prepare, and what was important to us. She shared resources with us that helped us prepare for birth and talked to us about things we wouldn’t have thought of without her.
Her presence and support during my labor kept my husband and I calm and centered during a chaotic time and I truly believe my birth experience would have been really tough without her.
Eliza was caring and supportive and we would highly recommend her. It is obvious she cares about what she does and that reflects in the support she provides!
Eliza supported my husband and I through the birth of our first child! It was a delight to work with her from prenatal meetings to postpartum. She struck a key balance for us because she provided professional guidance while also making sure to ask us follow up questions and clarify all our intentions for the birth. We also really appreciated her consistency! She responded to all questions and requests in a timely manner.
Eliza guided us through a tricky labor in which my waters broke but my contractions didn’t start. She kept me moving through a long battle with pitocin contractions and did an excellent job equipping my husband to be very present and confident throughout the labor. It means so much to me that in times of doubt, she reminded me of my intentions. I’ve enjoyed reflecting on my birth experience with her over the past week, celebrating the beauty of it and laughing at the unexpected moments! I pray that one day everyone would get the kind of care we received with Eliza.

Eliza listened to our concerns and provides recommendations based on those concerns. She allowed me opportunities to advocate for myself and my family and provided me with options to do that upon giving birth. If I were to have another child, I would definitely use Eliza again and recommend her to. other families.
