I trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula through DONA International April of 2018 and February of 2020, respectively and completed my certification as a Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist September of 2020.

Birth Doula Services: I provide at least 3 prenatal sessions, which includes creating a birth plan, relaxation techniques, and laboring positions; and 2 postpartum visits to check on mother and baby and assist with this transitional time.

Postpartum Doula Services: I provide support for at least 4 hours a day for up to a year postpartum. I help with infant care, provide an opportunity for the mom to rest and have time for herself, listening ear for mother, prepare light meals, light house chores, errands, etc.

Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist: (With clearance from your Health Care Provider) Teaching correct breathing techniques to assist with proper body alignments and movements
