I have always loved children and babies. After becoming a mother in early 2021, my love for babies deepened. More importantly, my eyes were opened to how all mothers deserve support. The journey into motherhood is not one that you should have to make on your own. I started babysitting when I was in 7th grade, and have been helping care for children ever since then in one form or another. I went to college for Elementary Music, and taught music for 9 years in 3 states. I am currently working towards my Postpartum Doula Certification and am also a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I am thrilled to be able to help families get more sleep, fell more rested, and thrive.

My goal is to support new mothers in whatever way they need the support. When my daughter was born, I remember feeling overwhelmed by the "silliest" things and feeling like I shouldn't need to ask for help. I meet my clients wherever they are, empower them to ask for what they need, and walk alongside them during this special and challenging season.

Pricing packages

Overnight Postpartum Doula

$ 35 /hr

I will come in the evening (10 hrs) to help you through the first months with a new baby 1-3 nights/week. I will support you in feeding, establishing good sleep habits, changing, and caring for your little one so you can get more sleep and feel rested.
