We didn’t get the equipment, education classes, and emailed education sources aside from the single email with one educational YouTube video, the rest she said she would send never came, she was asleep during a lot of the night of my induction and I couldn’t get her to rouse to help me and had to just wait for staff to come in and when I did ask for help she was sighing making me feel uncomfortable to make further requests, then was really disruptive that morning making phone calls right next to me and playing loud audio when I was attempting to finally get some rest after all of the vomiting all night, she left right after my c section for hours and during those times I badly needed support. She kept saying she was on the way back but hours passed. Staff was busy and I was stuck in bed and absolutely starving after having not eaten since the afternoon the day before. She sent photos of my first newborn baby to my family without my permission, she didn’t show up for the postpartum visit nor call or text til days later and again this was during one of the times I badly needed someone. I’ve never been so sleep deprived and struggling so bad before. She was late to every single thing and unorganized. I brought all of this to her attention and she responded that she fulfilled her contract and beyond and blamed my postpartum emotions. Would not recommend.
