I am passionate in emotionally preparing my clients for labor and life after with a newborn. There is plenty of physical prep to do too but I think mental health is overlooked a lot and it's such an important aspect of birth! My goal is to educate moms, inspire moms and empowering them to use their voice and plan for the birth THEY want!! I also love to incorporate birth photography

Birth, Postpartum & Photography

This includes birth photography, birth and postpartum support with bi weekly educational sessions and check ins where we go over fears and concerns for birth, positions and education on how labor goes, education and preparation for postpartum, checklists and birth plans as well as meditations and stretches to help alleviate discomfort in pregnancy as well as labor. You have unlimited access to text me and I am with you until 12 weeks postpartum!

I love learning and preparing and Bethany was a wealth of information and wisdom for everything pre and postnatal along with labor and delivery! I went into birth with no fears or unanswered questions. My birth experience was met with true medical emergencies and Bethany was a source of peace and comfort. Bethany walked along side me as I grieved not having the birth experience I had planned and helped me to celebrate the ways in which my body safely carried my baby earth side. I am now expecting again and the moment I got a positive pregnancy test I messaged Bethany to hire her once again to be my encourager, educator, confidant, and in turn, friend, throughout this next pregnancy and post partum period. I cannot recommend Bethany’s services enough!

She worked with me throughout the pregnancy to educate me, go over my birth plan, and be an emotional support. She labored with me at home before we made it to the birth center. She made me feel safe and helped support my husband while he also supported me. She was there for the birth of my very son. Bethany is a huge reason i was able to follow through with my birth plan and have the birth experience i wanted. She was there for me throughout the postpartum period and I’ll never forget that.
