I entered birth work after personally experiencing and bearing witness to healthcare inequities in my local community and I felt called to do more. With my background in social work, I feel that I can uniquely support not only the physical and logistical needs that come in navigating prenatal and postpartum life but also the emotional changes. Life can be full of excitement, challenges, and unknowns--but you never have to go through it alone!
