Birth Doula package includes but is not limited to: -Phone support throughout pregnancy. - Creating a birthing plan and releasing fear about pregnancy and birth. 3 prenatal appointments (if we need to we can arrange for more!) -On-call birth support from 36 weeks. -3 postpartum appointments to debrief birth and help with infant care. (if we need to we can arrange for more!)
