    Practice overview

    I chose to become a doula during my second pregnancy. After having had a hospital birth with my first, I chose to have a homebirth with a midwife for my second birth. After seeing the difference in care between the two I knew our community needed more of this type of care and support for women. I believe the best way to improve birth outcomes and postpartum depression is to provide mothers with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions.

    Belly Binding
    $ 60
    Bengkung belly binding helps to support your core after birth. It is recommended that it be done within two to three days of a vaginal birth and two to three weeks after a cesarean. It can be done before leaving the hospital or as soon as you arrive home. This includes: -One binding session -One wrap-Instructions on how to re-wrap yourself
