My basic services include :     ◦    Unlimited on going support (text, calls) through out your whole pregnancy, answering questions you might have regarding child birth.     ◦    Assist with creating a personal birth plan     ◦    One prenatal visit (where I meet with you and your support team, identify roles and your needs) ◦   education on coping techniques and comforting touch during labor ◦   a prenatal visit before you go into labor     ◦    On call from 38 weeks until you give birth ◦    while in active labor I am there to support, motivate,empower and encourage you. (natural, epidural, or c section)     ◦    I will stay after birth until you and baby are settled in     ◦    Postpartum appointment
