Mama Told Me - Birth Services and Childbirth Edication

    Practice overview

I have been serving the Southern Oregon area as a Doula and Childbirth Educator since 2012. I also serve as a bereavment metor for families expecting or experiencing loss. I take great pride in my efforts to collaborate well with the clinical providers I work with as well as the birth centers that welcome my support. I am a fiorm believer in a cohesive and connected labor team to best support, encourage, and honor the birthing person and their families.

In 2020 I am looking forward to opening up opportunities for Doula Mentorship and Training.

    Care philosophy

When working with families my hope and goal is that you will have all the education, information, and support you need to make informed and confident decisions for your labor, birth, and postpartum. When you're able to decide how you hope to be cared for, you're more able to communicate that desire in the moment.
