    As a Certified Yoga Teacher, I provide perinatal (pre and postpartum) yoga sessions. All sessions are 1:1, giving you full customized attention and care. Please inquire for openings- will begin booking now for Summer 2020!

    As a Newborn Skills Educator, I offer support, guidance, resources, and evidence based information. This offering is to help first time parents to feel confident and educated to care for their newborn! In addition to my digital support (call or text, 24/7), I also include 1 Zoom Call Educational mini course!

      Quinn was an essential part of my boring team. She was always great to check in with me throughout my pregnancy. There were many times she provided helpful recommendations when requested. During my birth she was there as soon as my husband contacted her, stayed until my son was born and ensured we were all okay. During labor she provided counter pressure. There are no words to describe how helpful this was. It was one of the main reasons I was able to have a completley natural birth with no medication which was extremely important to me. If I have another baby I will most definitely use Quinn again.

      Quinn has a respectful, unobtrusive, and attentive presence. She studies the atmosphere and circumstances so she is immediately ready when something is needed. At the same time, her demeanor is calm, gentle, and unharried.

      I would like to say Ms.Quinn was my doula for over 5 months while I was pregnant and she helped me so much physically, emotionally, and mentally. I was going to have my babygirl naturally, but doctors chose otherwise. Ms.Quinn informed me the exercises, videos, etc I should do and she helped my mental state because my daughter is my first born and I was very nervous. Thanks to Ms.Quinn I stayed fit, I didn’t stress, I had my daughter in less than 12 minutes, and was dilated 4 centimeters already when I went in labor.
