    Hi! I'm Jamie Young, the doula behind Seed to Sprout.

    People who give birth and new parents are often over-stimulated and under-supported. It's my goal to empower parent(s) with the knowledge to make the decisions that are both safe and right for their unique family.

    I am trained through Gina Durant's Life Cycles as a birth and postpartum doula and currently practice in the Buffalo and Rochester area.

    Prior to being a doula, I was a professional nanny and au pair. I have a passion for evidence based health and wellness and am a certified IIN health coach with my bachelors in psychology and public health.

    If evening - Minimum 8 hours. Great for trying out one night of services. Clients who purchase a package can add on additional hours at the discounted package rate.
    Digital Doula Services - No Birth

    A great option for those who want the two prenatal meetings and the postpartum meeting, but dont want birth support.

    Digital Services include 2 prenatal meetings, 1 postpartum follow up meeting, and birth support.
    Birth and Postpartum

    Birth and Postpartum Support, 2 prenatal meetings, birth support, postpartum follow up and 20 hours of postpartum care (4 hours free!)
