We are told pregnancy and childbirth are things that happen to women. My perspective is driven by the biological fact that birthing is something that women do. Finding ways to instill confidence, autonomy, and intrinsic physiologic knowledge into the hearts of birthing people and their babies is fundamental in fostering a future of compassion, love, and lifelong health.

When I work with you I employ emotional and physical practices I have garnered from my trainings, in addition to my own life experiences, to cater to your birth vision. I believe no birthing person should be spoken for, and commit myself to the roles of the informant, advocate, comforter, and coach. I encourage you to trust your body and intuition; ultimately this is what’s right for you and your baby.

Birth Package

2 prenatal visits, birth, 1 postpartum visit As a doula, I’m here for you and your needs as a birthing mother. I offer emotional and physical support, while guiding you through your care options, while we prepare for your birth. As your informed advocate, my goal is to ensure you feel safe, heard, and empowered by this experience. I make sure you have the tools you need and the resources to help you through a safe and positive birth.

Prenatal Package

$ 250

2 visits before 36 weeks In addition to your childbirth education course, let me be a compliment to your knowledge and empowerment leading up to your birth! I offer personalized visits in a two 1-2 hour visit package to discuss goals, fears, options, birth techniques, and postpartum care. I help craft birth plans, teach comfort and coping techniques, give evidence based perspectives, and can connect you and your partner to a myriad of resources related to prenatal, birth, and postpartum support.

Belly Cast

$ 100

Celebrate the beauty of your pregnant form by casting your belly into physical memory. Hang it, paint it, frame it, keep it as a memorandum for you and your family. Session times vary, all materials included.

Postpartum Support Visit

$ 30 /hr

postpartum visit, blocks of 4-18 hours My postpartum services exist on a spectrum catered to the needs of your family. Whether you need someone to attend to baby while you catch up on sleep, coach you through your breastfeeding, or help out with the dishes, I cater my postpartum visits to your family’s needs. I offer a calming, informative, and reassuring presence in my visits. Let’s talk about your needs and see if we’re a good match! Services include: -breastfeeding support -errand and grocery running -household tasks and chores -sibling care -newborn care

Postpartum Meal Service

$ 30 /hr

Based on your nutritional needs and dietary preferences. Breakfast to dinner, with snacks in between. $30/hr + ingredients
