Greetings!

I am a birth doula, and I serve birthing families in Southeast Michigan. I provide evidence-based information and holistic care to prepare, support, and usher pregnant persons as they grow their families. I believe the experience of early parenthood should also be treasured, respected, and praised. A healthy baby is not the only focus; your experiences, your partner's experiences, and your baby's experiences all count.

I am a community empowerment professional with eight years of experience in education, youth development, urban agriculture, and environmental justice across the globe. And now, I am a doula working towards my DONA International certification!

When I'm not working, you can find me on my porch, cooking another pot of greens, or strolling with my walking group.
