2-3 prenatal meetings (1-2 hrs each) to discuss birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan & review birth education materials 24/7 support via text, phone & email from 37 weeks & on (can be earlier in pregnancy too) Support at the labor (no matter how long) birth & until baby feeds 1 postpartum visit (2 hours) which will include meal prep, house chores(laundry, dishes etc), care for older siblings, breastfeeding support
