Birth Doula Services

$ 1200

Our birth doula services begin with the ability to meet with and develop a relationship with the mother and father, where they can ask questions, express feelings and fears, and create a birth plan. Comprehensive care from early pregnancy through to early postpartum. Birth support included. Minimum one prenatal appointment + consultation required. Pricing ranges from $800 to $1200 on a sliding scale.

Cloth Diaper Training Program

$ 150

Sarah will provide a 1 hour prenatal session before baby arrives to make sure the parents know what to buy, how to prepare the cloth diapers before use, cleaning procedures for soiled diapers, stripping procedures for stained diapers, organization and scheduling techniques, proper fitting and diapering guides. Sarah will also provide a 1 hour postpartum cloth diapering session after baby arrives to help with correct fitting and tactics. She will also review any or all of the topics from session one.

Sarah has a lengthy history of being a medic in the military. Her experience from that has made her an excellent person learning to be a registered nurse. I have seen her interact with patients. She is very calm, caring, and has a lot of knowledge. She has done very well so far in nursing school with me.

Sarah is an amazing doula. She was so present, calm, comforting, and just all around a joy to be with. She made my labor and delivery feel incredibly safe and as enjoyable as possible. In the toughest moments she never wavered. She helped me find more comfortable positions and went wherever I felt I needed to be. She laughed with me, encouraged me and supported me through everything. She was PERFECT and Pregnant herself and not once did that take away or distract from my experience! If you are pregnant, I highly recommend Sarah!
