Our most basic birth package one consultation two prenatal visits to discuss your plans and hopes for the birth attendance at your labor and birth. It also includes -one postpartum phone call -one postpartum visit to celebrate your baby -discuss the birth, - talk about any postpartum challenges.

Postpartum Care

$25.00 an hour You may either choose from one of the options below or we can create a unique schedule that works better for your family! Postpartum doula shifts are at least 4 hours in length but can do 6-8 hour shifts if desired. We require a minimum of 16 hours of services (at least 4 shifts) to book a client. Standard Package 4 daytime shifts Take care of baby while mom rests Talk about postpartum feelings/emotions Mental health check in Deluxe Package 2 Hour Visit 4 daytime shifts 4 nighttime shifts Light housework Meal prep/meals cooked Talk about pp feelings/emotions Mental health check in
Lactation care

45 for first visit, 1 hour. Unlimited phone calls/texts/emails to help troubleshoot Pumping help if wanted $15 an hour after the first visit.

Birth Doula -3 prenatal meetings -Birth attendance -1 hour post labor stay -Fresh 48 photos -1 visit before you go home Lactation -1 hospital visit post labor (usually before leaving post labor) -up to 3 visits at home -unlimited 24/7 call/text/email support - troubleshoot help with pumps/bottles if needed Postpartum Doula -First home visit within the first 24 hours of being home with baby -Mental health/healing check (for first 3 months) -24/7 call/text/email support -Household chores to help mom avoid feeling overwhelmed -Meal prep -Baby watch so mom can sleep, only waking mom for feedings -3 overnights that work with your schedule. -Visits once a week every 2-6 weeks -Newborn photos
