As a mother of 4, I've experienced the struggle of being a new parent, the lack of support, and just not knowing where to start. And like so many others, I suffered unexpectedly through postpartum depression and anxiety. These experiences have reinforced my passion as a Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Nurse, and Parental Leave Coach.
