My background is primarily in childcare (which I did for about 5 years) and that is where I discovered my passion for supporting new parents and babies. Caring for families during the most exciting but also most vulnerable and scary time in their lives brings me great joy. I particularly take interest in helping LGBTQIA+ families, neurodivergent parents, and parents dealing with a postpartum mood disorder. The Strength birth support package includes: 2 prenatal visits up to 2 hours each, text + email support throughout your pregnancy, 24/7 on call starting at 37 weeks, continuous in person support during labor, providing emotional and physical support, up to 2 hours of postpartum support immediately following birth, 2 postpartum visits within 2 weeks after birth up to 2 hours each
