Hi there! I am a mother of 4 awesome tweens now. I found my passion for helping families prepare for the birth of their child, and finding their way in parenthood. With my first child 15 years ago. What drove my already passion for birth was a childbirth education class empowered me in self advocating and knowledge of my body and birth. This saved my childs life! I became certified and started as a full time birth support worker in Aug 2020 to support DFW families in achieving their unbiased empowering births!!

Labor and birth

- 1 Free Meet and Greet Where we meet in a public place and get to know each other over coffee or tea, we discuss any questions you may have. - 2 prenatal sessions Where we go over your birth plan or create one. Discuss comfort measures and main concerns. - Unlimited phone, text and/or email support from 30 weeks to delivery -1 finalize visit where we go over everything and make final preparations - 24/7 hour call service Number (37 weeks- postpartum) - 4 week time span of on call 24 hrs to be finalized in during visits - Continuous support at your birth, including physical and emotional support, for mother and birth partner - Access to lending library of recommended books and resources for pregnancy, birth and baby
