Practice overview
Lili is there to answer any of your questions along the way, guide you in preparing for your birth, and be there as a calm presence when things get intense. She will support you physically through breath work, counter-pressure, position suggestions, aromatherapy, cold/heat therapy, and sound therapy, reminding your body that it is safe. Lili can be there as your primary support person, or as the support person for you and your partner. She is not there to replace your partner, but to empower them as well so that they can play an active role in your birth, and in their own journey towards becoming a parent.
