    Prenatal/Postpartum Personal Training
Virtual or in-person (Nashville area) sessions specifically catered to your body and needs. We use strength and interval training to help your body adjust to the physical changes, mitigate pains, and prepare for the physical event that is labor and delivery. Learning to master the “push breath” and pelvic floor activation during workouts means that you will have practice and experience when it comes time to deliver your baby. Training your core and body means that you’ll be more prepared for the physical demands of motherhood while your body is recovering from birth. Postpartum sessions focus on healing diastasis recti, pelvic floor recovery and slowly, safely getting back to physical function.

Kristen is amazing! I highly recommend Kristen to be part of your pregnancy / birth journey and support team!
I met Kristen when I was pregnant with my first son and she helped me focus on training my body and preparing for the birth of my 9 pound 13 oz baby (who ended up coming via C Section) but focusing on breathing and strengthening the parts of my body that I would have needed during birth was extremely helpful as I prepared to welcome my little guy.
I continued to train with Kristen as I prepared for my second son and preparing my body for things I knew I’d need to be strong post partum (such as standing up from the ground from play with a toddler while holding an infant!).
Kristen was also my doula and supported me in the hospital after the delivery of my second son – which can be a stressful and chaotic time as you sleeplessly recover from birth and get to know your baby. I knew I needed a calm and knowledgeable presence to support me during this time and I could not feel luckier that she was there supporting us during this time. You will be in good hands and very well cared for working with Kristen!
