Practice overview
After giving birth to my first child at home on Christmas morning of 2022, I became passionate about birth. I believe we lack the aspect of a “village” in todays society, and it is my mission to help woman feel more supporting before, during & after birth. I am passionate about helping woman prepare for their journey in birth, rather it be there first or their fifth. I believe in supporting woman in their most fragile stage, postpartum by helping with household tasks, warm cooked meals, offering advice & support with break feeding and helping you find any extra resources you may need. I believe we as woman are so strong & capable of any birth we may dream of, and it is my mission to help you in any way possible to achieve that.

She helped guide and ground me throughout labor and even came twice after birth to check on me and bring me meals and helped clean around our home so we didn’t have to worry about it
