    I am a certified Birth and Bereavement doula through Stillbirthday.

    I am a mother to five beautiful children ranging in ages from 20-6. It was because of my last pregnancy that my desire to become a doula and serve others in one of the most important times of their lives was born. I am a patient advocate for women who have their water break early and feel as a doula I can help even more. My husband was just discharged from the Army so I am now serving in person South East Idaho and surrounding areas. I feel that everyone should be able to have the support of a doula during labor.     Birth Doula
    Includes 3- 1 hour Prenatal Visits, labor and birth support and 2 postpartum visits. On call starting when you reach 36 weeks.

    Postpartum Doula
    I currently offer postpartum services in the area of light housework and preparing meals with ingredients and recipes you provide. Information on newborn care and things to watch for postpartum. I can also watch the baby and any older children for a few hours during the day so you can get some much-needed rest. Package rates vary.

    High Risk pregnancy/NICU services
    I have a special place in my heart for all going through a “not so perfect” pregnancy and/or NICU stay. Multiple stressors could make you feel your support is lacking and that others just do not understand what is happening. You could have a ton of questions or just feel alone. I will make sure you feel heard and try to find any answers to questions you may have so you can make the most informed decisions possible when it comes to your prenatal care and beyond giving birth. I will come visit you for your appointments in the hospital if you are on bedrest if you request me to. This service is geared for the whole family also because everyone is affected during times like these.

    Bereavement Support
