I love birth work. I started doula work because I know how disparities can lead to poor health outcomes for families. I also recognize that not all families have large budgets for doula/postpartum care. My overall goal is to make the care more accessible for families that want it. Every person should feel supported and empowered during their birth experience and it is my aim to help with this.

I truly believe that all families deserve doula support. I spend time with families to help them build their birth experience, and also make plans for their postpartum care. I believe the 4th trimester (postpartum) plan is equally as important as the birth plan and will take the time to help you establish realistic expectations for this experience.
