My name is Jamaya and I am the founder of AHANA. I have 2 births of my own that were nothing short of Traumatizing being a Woman whose voice was not heard in the hospital setting and being a Woman of Color. I strive to change this narrative birth by birth. All families deserve equal care and education. It is important to me that families get the birth that they want.

This was our first baby and we were nervous but Jamaya was great with easing our nerves showing us various techniques for pre-natal as well as postpartum. Jamaya was aslo great helping my wife to get our baby girl to latch. I highly recommend her services
