Empowerment Birth Services

    Practice overview

I am a wife and mother to four beautiful children. For years, birth has been my passion. When I finally attended my first birth as a doula, it was solidified that this is my calling. I saw how important it was for someone, trained in birth, to never leave the birthing person's side. Since attending that birth, I have devoted my career to helping people during this milestone. I focus my attention on educating my clients of their options, how to advocate for themselves, how to ask the correct questions, and how to trust their body during this transformative time. I offer various packages to meet you where you are, so every person can have doula support.

    Care philosophy

I believe that education is the key to having a powerful and positive birth experience. No matter what might happen during your pregnancy, labor, and beyond, if you are well educated and supported, then you will feel empowered and in control. Women/ birthing people are so strong and capable, and need to be supported, so they can gracefully embrace their birth no matter what that looks like.

Hannah was beyond helpful in educating myself & my partner during my pregnancies. She provide amazing support in every way & worked incredibly well with my family during the delivery. Which was no easy thing to do as most of my family didn’t see the need for a doula. She remained professional and caring during every step. I can’t recommend her enough!

Even though it was during covid and she couldn’t be there physically , Hannah was such an amazing doula ! She was there for me all hours of the night , provided me with information to achieve my dream birth and was overall just a close friend to have during my pregnancy. I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a doula .

Hannah was wonderful to work with. She gave me the encouragement needed to speak for what I wanted with my second birth. Things still did not turn out exactly as planned but none of that was in my or Hannah’s control and she helped me come to peace with safely delivering my beautiful baby girl. The home visit after the birth was nice also!

Hannah was very empathetic and professional to work with. You can tell that this is her calling. She did a great job preparing us for the birth, and my husband especially felt happy to have her guiding us. She was very supportive, flexible, and super prepared, which was a huge relief for us!

“During my pregnancy, Hannah displayed a high sense of professionalism. She was incredibly educated and was able to help me find information to make informed decisions about my care. Hannah also was able to encourage my husband during my pregnancy and ultimately provided support for him during labor and delivery so he could be solely focused on me.
Hannah is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her services to anyone.”
