It wasn't until I was planning my homebirth for my third baby that I knew I wanted to go into birth work. I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing, and I remember—rather than thinking about how others will be serving me (less than 2 months from my due date)—I was thinking how excited I was for my sisters to have babies so I could be there for them in birth and postpartum. It was then that it just clicked, and ever since things have sort of snowballed in the best possible way! Every birth I've attended has changed me, and I come away from each more and more in awe of how incredible women are.
I offer prenatal, birth, and postpartum support that includes unlimited virtual/text support for every client at every stage. I can help you identify fears around birth, create a birth plan for your hospital/birth center birth, and help you prepare for a home/freebirth. I can also offer peer lactation counselor support and have an hourly rate for postpartum support. I'm excited to serve you and your family in your birth space!

Having had 3 children herself she understands the challenge and effort it takes to go through the pregnancy cycle YET does not assume everyone’s story is her own. During the day of active-labor it was almost as if she was reading our mind with exactly what we needed from her and how we needed it. Actually it should come as no surprise that she was excelling at her duties due to the fact prior to “go-day” she sat down with us and asked us what she needs from my wife and myself (as birthing partner). She is educated and skilled at mental and physical healing as well.
